Nature "States"
Working from her Mind's Eye, each paper is torn or cut, then placed and adhered. The piece is never sketched initially on the board. With small pieces of papers, Kathryn tries to draw the viewer in to her perspective and take a "Mind Hike" into areas that are so quickly disappearing. The collages range in size from 20 in. by 30 in. to 30 in. by 40 in. They can take up to two months to complete.Please enjoy the gallery.
Some Original Paper Collages are available for sale. Many of these works can be created for you as a Limited Edition Prints, signed and numbered. Prices vary with size. Quality Lumira Photo Paper is available for prints. Words on Posters can be eliminated or changed. Some Examples Below:
